Free U.S. returns within 30 daysFree return shipping for unused, unopened puzzles delivered in the U.S. within 30 days of delivery. International orders are not eligible for returns. Opened puzzles are ineligible for standard returns. If an approved standard return arrives opened, we’ll contact you before processing it because it may not qualify for a refund. If the item arrived damaged or defective, contact us for help.
